Refund policy
We accept returns only in case of a genuine defect in the saree.
If you find any defect, please share an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we review and verify the concern, we will confirm the next steps.
You may then return the saree to us, and upon receipt, we will refund the full amount including courier charges, or you may opt for an exchange.
Please note: Since each of our sarees is a unique single piece, exact replacements may not be possible.
Important Note on Kantha Stitch Sarees
Kantha stitch sarees are hand-embroidered by women artisans in villages. Minor marks or stains may occur as they work in traditional home setups. These are not considered defects — rather, they are signs of authentic, handcrafted work.
Also, Kantha stitch and other handcrafted sarees are made using traditional, manual processes, minor irregularities, uneven textures, stitch variations, or small stains are natural and unavoidable. These characteristics are clearly mentioned in product descriptions and videos and do not qualify as damage or manufacturing defects.
We urge our valued customers to embrace these small imperfections as part of the story and soul of each saree, and stand with us in supporting our rural women artisans.
Refunds or exchanges will be considered only in case of major damage, provided an opening video is shared immediately upon delivery, clearly showing the issue.
